The Georgiana solitaire diamond ring is from our Georgiana Collection. With a stunning antique round old European cut diamond traditonally set by hand in a "cut down" setting, this ring is a nod to classic Georgian design. The platinum around the diamond shows it off perfectly and gives the ring a modern twist while making it incredibly durable for everyday wear. We love the gorgeous hidden star detail and that the ring is wedding band friendly, meaning a traditional wedding band will slot perfectly along aside. The antique diamond, which was cut by hand at least a hundred years ago, offers so much more character than a modern diamond and is an ethical choice as it has been recyled from an old piece of jewellery. This diamond is particularly rare because it's so high in colour and is what we call "eye clean". Many diamonds of this quality were re-cut into modern brilliant cuts so this diamond is a wonderful survivor.
